WE teach that:

• the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God and is the all-sufficient and final authority for our faith and practice.

• in one God, eternally existing in one essence, yet three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

• that Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man, was born of the virgin Mary.

• the Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son; that He convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment; and that He ministers to the believer.

• in the reality of angels, both good angels who serve God and evil angels who serve their leader, Satan.

• the Genesis account of God’s creation of the universe out of nothing by His spoken Word and His creation of mankind.

• all people are sinners by nature and by choice and are therefore spiritually dead and in need of a Saviour.

• salvation is wholly the work of God, and that it is by grace through faith in the work of Christ alone, resulting in right standing before God.

• the church is the body of Christ, consisting of believers who meet locally for worship, growth and service to God.

• in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ and His ascension into heaven, and that He will one day return to catch away His Church and bring His kingdom to completion.

• all people will face final judgment: believers to reward in heaven and unbelievers to eternal punishment in hell.
