Our Mission
The Mission of Mountain View Baptist Church is to glorify God and live as a family of Christian believers that are devoted to; promoting the worship of God, teaching the Word of God, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, evangelizing the lost, and edifying the saved.
Our Vision
The vision as a new and growing body of believes is to plant a church in Somerset West. We will do this by making much of God and making known the truth of the gospel.
Our Purpose
We are building families on the Word of God
We are a church family committed to excellence in communicating the truths of Scripture.
We are building our faith to Witness for God
We are ambassadors of Jesus Christ who desire to share our faith as authentic Christians.
We are building a place to Worship our God
We are the church and therefore the primary instrument through which God ministers in Somerset West and around the world.
